Terms of Service

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

MawjDigital provides digital design and development services including branding, website development, mobile applications, automation, and digital marketing. Specific services are defined in individual project agreements or proposals.

All prices are listed in Jordanian Dinars (JOD). Payment is required before project commencement, either in full or as a 50% deposit. We accept payments via Stripe (credit/debit cards) or bank transfer. Final payment is due upon project completion and before final delivery. Refunds are subject to our Money-Back Guarantee policy (available for 7 days after delivery if work does not meet agreed specifications).

Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on client feedback and revisions. Starter Package: 1-3 business days. Professional Package: 3-7 business days. Enterprise Package: 8-14 business days. Delays caused by late client feedback or additional revision requests may extend the timeline.

Each package includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the package limit will be charged separately. Major scope changes may require a new proposal and additional fees. Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving deliverables.

Upon full payment, you receive full ownership of the final deliverables. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio. Any third-party assets (stock photos, fonts, etc.) remain the property of their respective owners. Source files and raw materials remain our property unless otherwise agreed.

You agree to: Provide timely feedback and necessary materials. Ensure all provided content is legal and does not infringe on third-party rights. Make payments according to the agreed schedule. Respond to our communications within 48 hours. Provide accurate contact information.

We will keep your business information confidential and will not share it with third parties except as necessary to complete the project or as required by law. You agree to keep any proprietary methods, processes, or techniques we share confidential.

We warrant that our work will be performed professionally and will meet industry standards. However, we cannot guarantee specific business results or outcomes. Our services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind beyond the specified guarantees. We are not responsible for third-party services, hosting, or domain management unless explicitly included in our agreement.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. We are not responsible for losses due to server downtime, data loss, or other technical issues beyond our control.

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination: You pay for work completed to date. We deliver all completed work. Deposits are non-refundable except as specified in our Money-Back Guarantee. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately for non-payment or breach of terms.

Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Czech Republic law. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Czech Republic.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
